Worth the Wait
Some of our projects have long phases of permitting, others are simply waiting for Mother Nature to grace us with perfect lighting while just the right plants are in bloom. Check in here for plan renderings and sketches of sites in various stages of development.
New Oceanfront Masterplan
The design for this new construction ocean front project on the North Shore consists of a full site layout: Driveways, cobble banding and accents, walls, fencing, terrace / firepit, extensive plantings and lighting. Construction is underway on these graceful radial steps down to the sunken fire pit area.
New Pool and Landscape
Currently under construction, this project features irregular bluestone decking, a dark plaster, and abundant native plantings all designed to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding wooded site.
Currently in the schematic design phase, this project features a new deck connecting to a patio and firepit, while incorporating large boulders from the site and abundant plantings. This patio offers stunning water views from this unique hill top location.
New Pool and Landscape
Currently in the design and budgeting phase, this project is almost ready for a spring construction start. The design included siting a new pool cabana, pool, decking, gas firepit plantings and lighting.
Historic Property Landscape Improvements
The landscape design for this unique historic property included an electric driveway gate, new fencing, granite slab aprons, brick driveway, plantings and a bluestone patio. Designed by UBLA, we assisted in moving this project through the historic commission and look forward to continuing to guide it through construction.
Lexington pool and hardscape
This project, currently in the design and budgeting phase, features a new lagoon style pool and multi level hardscape spaces.
