Working with the Martins Companies, located in Danvers, MA, Norwood Engineering and ahp Architects, UBLA provided site plans to transform Cadillac's existing ‘circus tent’ structure into a more refined facade and improve the general aesthetics and traffic circulation sequence through the site.

The current plans reduce the paved area, increase the landscape spaces, and greatly improve the vehicular circulation and wayfinding. Special care was taken to soften unwanted views and improve the customer’s experience of the site.
