Permitting
City-Wide Parcel Study
UBLA worked with the Site Selection Committee of South Shore Habitat for Humanity to review available publicly-owned parcels for suitability.
Upon receipt of a spreadsheet file of over 30,000 properties, Zoning and Lot Size requirements were used to narrow down the study parcels. Potential development and permitting constraints such as topography, ledge, wetland, and floodplain were reviewed using City and State GIS Data. In the end, the Client requested detailed studies of three properties.
