While with Matthew Ulrich & Associates, Mr. Ulrich provided design and construction management services for this residential project north of Boston. A rough boulder retaining wall was reshaped to allow for a cascading waterfall and small koi pond, natural rock steps provide for a meandering garden path down the slope to the spacious bluestone patio. The woodland edges were heavily planted to provide both a natural screen and also attract wildlife.
