While with Matthew Ulrich & Associates, Mr. Ulrich provided design and construction management services for this residential project in Topsfield, MA. This firepit and terrace provides room for both intimate family dining and entertaining. The retaining walls, seatwalls and planters are constructed of used granite block and curbing salvaged locally from the Rowley railroad. The firepit is anchored by a unique piece of hand selected granite, and an S+H brick paver was selected for it's historic charm.
